What is Prior Express Written Consent?
A signed (including electronic) agreement from the consumer authorizing marketing calls or texts to a specific number.
Prior express written consent must clearly disclose that the consumer agrees to be contacted, by whom, and that consent is not a condition of purchase. Lead sellers capture it on the form along with timestamp and IP.
